Kingswear Castle returned to service on Tuesday 18th May 2021 taking the 12.15pm harbour cruise from Dartmouth on which she carried almost 80 passengers.
The first steam train of the day from Paignton arrived at Kingswear around 10.20am.
Dartmouth Princess and Kingswear Princess were in service ferrying passengers across to Dartmouth.
There was a good queue waiting for KC’s first departure.
Off she went on time on her first trip of the season.
The harbour cruises will predominantly be operated by Kingswear Castle except Fridays. Please check with the point of sale as other vessels may be substituted according to weather and other circumstances.
Kingswear Castle returned to service in 2023 after the first part of a major rebuild which is designed to set her up for the next 25 years running on the River Dart.
