Due to an overrun of work on other vessels at the Dartmouth Shipyard and the unplanned need for emergency repairs on another vessel Kingswear Castle’s annual refit and survey have had to be pushed back. Unfortunately this means that she will not now be able to complete her annual refit and MCA survey in time to run her scheduled fund raising cruise to Totnes on Sunday 2nd June. This trip is therefore cancelled. We apologise and are very sorry for this.
For those who have booked tickets these will automatically be transferred to the Totnes sailing on 15th September or we will refund your ticket money if you prefer. We will be in touch with all who have bought tickets individually.
There are still plenty of tickets available for the fund raising evening cruise from Dartmouth on Saturday 3rd August and the trip from Dartmouth to Totnes on Sunday 15th September

Kingswear Castle returned to service in 2023 after the first part of a major rebuild which is designed to set her up for the next 25 years running on the River Dart.
